2019

2019 has been both harrowing and peppered with accidents, especially in Asia but at the same time very successful in regard to some of my results in Europe. My biggest successes have come from races in Spain and Italy where I achieved a second and a first position respectively. Both results have been a first in terms of achievements for a Singaporean and so I can say that I have written a small but to me meaningful piece of Singapore Motorsports History. At Lemans, at the IAME Worldfinals, I managed pole position in my group, raced in the top 5 most of the weekend only to suffer a catastrophic engine failure that left me stranded on the starting grid for the all deciding final race of the event. Later in the year, at the prestigious Macau Grandprix, I raced both in the MinoROK as well as the X30 class, finishing the weekend in 2nd and 3rd respectively which is again a great and encouraging result for me.

2018

  • 2018 5th in IAME Asia Championships, aged 9 years
  • 3rd in ROK-CUP Singapore and 5th in ROK-CUP Asia
  • IAME World Finals finished in P8 on track and P11 in the World Finals as the highest-ranking Asian driver at the age of 9
2017

In 2017, at the age of 8, I started racing X30 and continued in ROK. That year I have competed in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Macau.

2016
First Year of Racing

2016 was my first year of racing. My main focus was in Indonesia (Sentul) where I raced the Indonesian championships for Cadet ROK. I scored my first podium while still being 6 years old with a P3 finish in round one of the Championships. Successively I finished every round on a podium, suffered zero DNF’s and ended my first racing season at the age of 7 as Vice-Champion Indonesia. Season related links to race reports.
